Our sister Company is an insurance intermediary to Insurance Companies (AIG, Allianz, APA, Britam, CIC, Directline, GA, Heritage, ICEA, Jubilee, Kenindia, Kenya Orient, Resolution, UAP). We partner with leading insurance companies to customise insurance products and offer our clients (companies) superior products.
 
Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales of Employee Benefits (mandatory Work Injury Benefits Act Insurance, Medical Insurance, Pension scheme) and Human Capital consulting to business clients
  • Build relationships with C Suite management to create partnerships that promote collaboration in marketing, and sales
  • Execute strategies for gaining new business and increasing business with existing customers by presenting how Company can add value to their business by becoming their primary consulting and insurance service provider
  • Provide consultancy to clients to aid the client make a decisions. Prepare thoughtful and thorough proposals and presentations
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • University qualification in Human Resource (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience)
  • Strong Human Resources market knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • PC proficiency
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, Effective client relationship management
Desired Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated person with the ability to interact at all levels
  • Sales experience in the financial services industry with sales / targets
  • Relevant Human Resources Oriented university qualification
  • Previous experience: Over 1 year in proven Human Capital Management
